Nick was born in 1958 and grew up in Maumee, Ohio. Some of his most important childhood memories include loving parents and siblings, a strong work ethic, and lots of play.

He has always loved nature and art and, as a child, dreamed of becoming a professional artist. For much of his young adult life, he worked in restaurants but ultimately became a Registered Nurse. After 25 years in nursing, he retired in 2018 to focus on creating art and spending time with his family.

The subjects of his paintings reflect a lifetime of experience and his deep love of nature. Using various oil painting techniques and a good deal of imagination, he creates dynamic paintings with the intention of elevating the moment.

Now in his late 60s, he has a beautiful art studio and the time to dedicate to painting. He is a professional artist—a joyous dream come true.
