Ali Gray Gallery is a newly established gallery in Provincetown in the former home of the Stewart Clifford Gallery. Building on the space’s long artistic legacy, the gallery represents a selection of Stewart Clifford’s longtime artists alongside a thoughtfully curated group of new voices.
The gallery celebrates local and regional artists working across painting, printmaking, ceramics, and mixed media, featuring both established and emerging talent. Rooted in Provincetown’s rich creative tradition, Ali Gray Gallery is designed to be a welcoming, inspiring destination that invites discovery, conversation, and connection through art.
The Ali Gray Gallery Team
Ali Gray is the owner of Ali Gray Gallery, bringing decades of experience as an entrepreneur, business leader, and marketing and business development professional. Throughout her career, Ali has built and led mission-driven organizations, specializing in growth strategy, brand development, fundraising, and relationship-based business development. Her work has consistently focused on connecting vision with execution, helping organizations tell their stories clearly, build meaningful relationships, and create long-term value. Married to artist Julie Gray, Ali has long appreciated the transformative power of art and the creative process. That perspective now guides her work as a gallery owner: supporting artists, cultivating collectors, and creating an inviting, dynamic space where art and community intersect.
Tia Scalcione, Gallery Associate, has been living and working on the Outer Cape since 2001. She most recently worked at the Wellfleet Harbor Actors Theater from 2002 to 2026 as their Community Outreach Manager, where she developed and strengthened community relationships and built a Theater Education Program, partnering with schools in the Nauset School District. She is also an artist and holds a BFA from Boston University. She shows her work with 411 Gallery in Provincetown and is mom to 2 teenage sons.
Mookie is Ali Gray Gallery's official four-legged welcome committee. A Cavalier King Charles Spaniel and Golden Retriever mix, he takes his job very seriously unless someone has cookies, in which case all professional responsibilities are temporarily suspended. When he's not greeting visitors with an enthusiastic wag of his tail, Mookie can usually be found plopped in a corner waiting for more cookies.
