Join us during Family Week for three mornings of hands-on creativity with professional artists at Ali Gray Gallery. Designed for young artists ages 13–17, these small-group workshops offer a chance to explore new techniques, express your creativity, and create original artwork in a welcoming gallery setting. No prior art experience is necessary. All materials are provided.

Painting Light & Landscape
with Mark Schianca
Explore how artists use light, shadow, and color to bring landscape and architecture to life. Inspired by Provincetown’s iconic scenery, you will create your own painted coastal scene with acrylics, learning simple painting techniques.
Color, Pattern & Creative Mosaic
with Ross Ozer
Starting with a blank sheet of watercolor paper, you’ll use painter’s tape, crayons, markers, and watercolor paints to create a colorful abstract artwork that’s uniquely your own. This workshop is all about experimenting, playing with color, and having fun. No artistic experience required—just bring your curiosity. By the end of the session, you’ll leave with a finished piece ready to take home and enjoy
Birds in Mixed Media
with Maureen McCarron
Using cardboard, tissue paper, crayons, and collage techniques, you'll create your own imaginative bird inspired by the natural world. Explore texture, color, and composition while experimenting with mixed-media materials to create a one-of-a-kind artwork to take home.
